Brief Introduction/Functions The DGTC-80 rail flaw detection vehicle is applicable to internal rail flaw detection for metro lines with standard gauge. The Cummins QSG12 engine + Voith T211re.4 hydraulic transmission gear box are used, and the maximum detection speed is up to 80km/h. SYS-1900 rail flaw inspection system is adopted. Ultrasonic flaw inspection system is designed with water as the coupling medium, which has the functions of B-type flaw detection color graphic display, automatic signal processing and flaw analysis & determination.
