Maintenance Management System
Brief Introduction/Functions The maintenance management system can control vehicles through information management, including maintenance operation, fault management, production scheduling, statistical analysis, drawings, tools and others, to improve technical equipment level and operation efficiency of the metro vehicle base. Product Parameters/Key Technologies Plan management: Implement automatic preparation of maintenance plan, and automatically prepare machine maintenance plan according to maintenance cycles or operating mileage. Vehicle maintenance: According to the train diagram plan and train maintenance plan, prepare a daily/monthly/annual inspection plan, issue work order based on the daily maintenance plan, and report on the implementation of the maintenance plan. User administration: It mainly includes user authority management, system maintenance, configuration management, and others. Mobile information push service: As per specific demands of users, display maintenance plan, train diagram information, and fault situation through mobile terminal which allows operations. Fault management: Report and conduct closed-loop management of train faults, including normal train shutdown process, pending fault management, and train detaining management. Records management: Realize life cycle management for acceptance inspection, application in depot, spare parts replacement records, subsystem and component management and replacement of all professional equipment, including electric passenger cars, engineering vehicles, and technological equipment. Drawing and data management: The system implements structured management of the drawings and data involved in the department in this module. Hierarchical tree-structure and subsystem management are required for electronic versions. Interface management: To maximize the functionality of the system, information interaction is carried out with some systems through interfaces, such as safety interlock system, large screen scheduling system, wheelset system, and pantograph system.
