Brief Introduction/Functions CMD system is the core subsystem of railway locomotive information system, which is the platform of on-board data integration of locomotive and vehicle-to-ground wireless transmission. CMD on-board subsystem realizes collection, processing, recording, transmission, and dumping of safety information, status information, and monitoring information of locomotive, as well as functions such as positioning, timing, and electronic logging. Product Parameters/Key Technologies 1. Beidou/GPS high-precision positioning and short message communication; 2. 5G + WiFi 6 high bandwidth communication channel; 3. Obstacle Detection System
Brief introduction/functions The train obstacle detection system is based on camera vision, millimeter-wave radar, LiDAR, and multi-sensor integrated technology, which detects trains, pedestrians, and various obstacles in real time to ensure the safety of train operation. The system has excellent functions such as target detection, recognition, and event recording, and has good applicability in different train operation scenarios. Product parameters/key technologies 1. Support the maximum train operating speed that is higher than 80km/h 2. The farthest detection distance is greater than 300m 3. The distance measurement accuracy is superior to 0.3m 4. The comprehensive accuracy of the detected target shall not be less than 99%, and the false negative rate shall be less than 0.1% 5. Safety Integrity Level is SIL2 Application cases The obstacle detection system has been successfully applied in scenarios such as urban rail vehicles, locomotives, molten steel ladle vehicles, and engineering vehicles. Brief Introduction/Functions It is installed on operating EMUs, locomotives, and urban rail vehicles, through non-contact measurement methods to detect dynamic geometric parameters of the overhead contact system, pantograph-catenary arc, pantograph-catenary temperature and other parameters on line and monitor video of pantograph-catenary. Automatic defect alarm can be triggered to send real-time alarm data to ground client through wireless communication. The detection results are used to guide operation and maintenance of the overhead contact system.
