Traction system of high-speed EMU

Brief introduction/functions

Aiming at the high-level maintenance of high-speed EMUs, our company has formed an industrial layout mainly based on Qingdao maintenance base, supplemented by those in Wuhan, Chengdu, Jiangmen and Guangzhou, capable of high-level maintenance and product servicing for traction converters, auxiliary power modules, network control systems, air ventilation systems and other supporting products of EMUs.

Application cases

Main application: High-level maintenance and product servicing of traction converters, auxiliary power modules, network control systems, air ventilation system and other supporting products for CRH2 EMUs and standard EMUs.


Traction system of intercity EMU

Brief introduction/functions

We have established maintenance bases in Qingdao, Chengdu, Jiangmen and other cities for high-level maintenance of intercity EMUs, and continuously expanded them. The maintenance bases are capable of providing high-level maintenance and product servicing for supporting products of EMU such as integrated main and auxiliary traction converter and network control system.

We have a professional maintenance technology and service team. There are 30 people in the maintenance technology support team, nearly 90 people (including 4 doctors) in the product reliability research team, and 204 on-site management and executive people.

With advanced maintenance facilities and strong maintenance capabilities, the total area of each maintenance base plant covers approximately 24,000 square meters, with 36 sets of professional automatic test benches for various products and 3 intelligent lean production lines, meeting high-level maintenance with annual output of about 900 standard EMUs.

We have an intelligent maintenance line and a professional maintenance team, taking advantage of intelligent maintenance technologies to upgrade and build efficient lean production system and standardized maintenance plant to ensure quality of maintenance products.

Main application: Class 3 and Class 4 maintenance and product service of EMU products such as integrated main and auxiliary traction converters, network control systems, etc. on intercity EMUs.


Traction system of urban rail vehicle - Intermediate maintenance of traction system

Brief introduction/functions

The intermediate maintenance cycle is about 5 years or 500,000 km of operation. The vehicle is disassembled, and the electrical system components are not removed from the vehicle as a whole. Localized maintenance is carried out to check, test and repair equipment and parts and consumable parts are replaced.

Brief introduction/functions

During the routine major repair, the vehicle is completely disassembled, the important components of the electrical system are returned to the factory (manufacturer or remote maintenance base) for maintenance, and the performance after maintenance is close to the new vehicle standard. The equipment and parts shall be checked, tested, and repaired and the wearing parts shall be replaced.
